The Hayssen VFFS line by BW Flexible Systems is a servo-driven vertical form-fill-seal platform for food and non-food packaging. The classic Ultima series uses a patented "Measure, Form, Pull" film-advance concept to run up to 100 bags/min across bag widths from 54 to 406 mm.

  • Heavy-duty sealing jaws with an independent stager/cooler to extend dwell time and improve seal appearance.
  • Self-centering servo pull belts for stable film tracking.

Applications

The Ultima platform suits free-flowing products — snacks, coffee, powders, grains and frozen pieces — as well as non-food granular products. Laminate and polyethylene films are both supported.
